I used the Rose Geranium essential oil during a full body massages on two of my clients and I must say during the massages I felt calm, relaxed but very focused. The smell was also very refreshing and not overwhelmingly strong. Usually we forget that whatever the client gets, we as massage therapist also receive through touch and smell. Spoke to my clients the next day and they both said they slept like rocks(not babies). I will most definitely recommend the rose geranium essential oil to fellow massage therapists and individuals to use at home for a calming, mind centred experience.
